Leaping into the Uncomfortable

As I’m writing and creating “Designed to Thrive”, I can’t help but giggle at how life works. Here I am, building a program about self-mastery, and yet, every step of this process is challenging my own mastery. Talk about walking the talk!

Honestly, this is a big step out of my comfort zone. It’s one thing to dream about something, to scribble ideas in a notebook, to tell myself: "one day…", it’s another to actually bring it to life. But here’s what I know: 2025 is not a year for playing small. It’s a year for stepping up, expanding, and finally doing the things we’ve been nudged (or shoved) toward for a while now.

Through this journey, I’ve learned a lot. Programs like “Lifebook” reinforced something I’ve come to believe deeply: “We’re not meant to be coasting through life at the mercy of circumstances. We can actually design it.”  Awareness, commitment, and self-responsibility are the pillars that shape real, lasting change. And, surprise surprise, they’re also the backbone of “Designed to Thrive”. Hey, I know, cuz I've gone through it myself and it's amazing what a change it has brought in me.

But let’s be real: knowing something intellectually and living it out are two different things. I’ve spent plenty of time tangled between who I really am and who I thought I was supposed to be. It’s exhausting. And honestly, it's not very elevating. There comes a point when you have to stop worrying about who approves and just get on with being yourself. And that’s what this program is about.

Growth, Courage, and Authenticity have become my core values, and my hope is that they shine through in this work. I don’t have all the answers (shocking, I know), but I do know this: when we align our lives with who we truly are, everything changes….especially ourselves.  And that is a good thing.

So here I am, taking the leap, trusting the process, and inviting you along for the ride. If you, too, feel that 2025 is calling you toward something bigger, let’s do this together. Because “living your best life” is not a lucky accident. It’s a choice.

Love,

Judy
